Fast Automations is an AI automation studio. We design, build, and deliver custom automation and AI systems for clients. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any client engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or agreement, which takes precedence over these Terms where they conflict. Content on this website is for general information and does not constitute a binding offer.
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use our services. If you authorize our applications to access third-party accounts (such as Google), you confirm you are permitted to grant that access, and you remain responsible for activity carried out under your authorization.

The website, its content, branding, and design are owned by Fast Automations and protected by intellectual-property laws. Ownership of custom deliverables produced for a client is governed by the applicable engagement agreement. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.
Where services are provided for a fee, payment terms are set out in the relevant proposal or invoice. Fees are due as stated in that document. Late or unpaid amounts may result in suspension of work or services.
Our website and any freely provided information are offered "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Automation outcomes depend on your systems, data, and third-party services outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fast Automations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
